This Site has been established by PS for the sole purpose of conveying information about PS's products and services and to allow communication between PS and its customers. Nothing contained in any page on this Site supersedes PS’s specific agreements and disclosures that govern its products and services. If any information on the Site conflicts with PS’s specific agreements and disclosures, the specific agreements and disclosures will control.

The information and materials contained in this Site are owned by PS or by others, as applicable. No material may be copied, displayed, transmitted, distributed, framed, sold, stored for use, downloaded, or otherwise reproduced except as permitted by law.

By accessing this Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Site Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

In order to use the Site, you must obtain access to the Internet via an Internet Service Provider and you must use appropriate and compatible hardware and software. You are solely responsible for this hardware and software and any fees incurred to access the Internet and our Site. PS operates a secure Site, using industry standard safeguards and requires that you use a web browser that supports Secured Socket Layers (SSL). PS is not responsible for any computer virus or other errors that may be associated with the use of our Site.

All products and services provided by PS are subject to the terms and conditions of each service. Product offers, terms, rates and product information are subject to change without notice.

The trademarks, trade names, and service marks used on PS's Site are the property of PS. No one is authorized to use any trademarks, trade names or service marks in any manner without the payment of a pre-negotiated fee of no less than 100.0 ETH (Ethereum) per use and prior express written permission of PS. The materials on PS’s Site are provided “AS IS, WHERE IS” and NOT "ANYWHERE ELSE WHERE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN". PS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, interpretations not otherwise stated, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights or allegations of violation of rights. Further, PS does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

In no event shall PS or its suppliers or business affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or lost profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PS’s Site, even if PS or a PS authorized representative has been notified mentally, orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This limitation includes, but is not limited to the omission of information, the failure of equipment, the delay or inability to receive or transmit information, the delay or inability to print information, the transmission of any computer virus, or the transmission of any other malicious or disabling code or procedure. This limitation applies even if PS has been informed of the possibility of such loss or damage. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, Indemnify, defend and hold harmless PS from and against all damages, claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) brought by any person arising from or relating to your access and use of the Site, including, without limitation, any claims alleging facts that if true would constitute a breach by user of these terms and conditions.

INTRODUCTION

PS ("WE" or “US”) values its visitors’ privacy. This privacy policy is effective from and after May 20, 2019; it summarizes what information we might collect from a registered user or other visitor (“YOU”), and what we will and will not do with it.

Please note that this privacy policy does not govern the collection and use of information by companies that PS does not control, nor by individuals not employed or managed by PS. If you visit a web site that we mention or link to, be sure to review its privacy policy before providing the site with information.  Afterall, we are not the command and control for Google or Amazon or any other Internet power, and we can't stop hackers, web trolls, or other obnoxious criminals.

It is always up to you whether to disclose personally identifiable information to us, although if you elect not to do so, we reserve the right not to register you as a user or provide you with any products or services we could otherwise provide. “Personally identifiable information” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual, such as, for example:

• your name, company, email address, phone number,  billing address, shipping address, or wallet addresses.
• your PS user ID and password (if applicable - we are currently not that sophisticated)
• credit card information (if applicable - we don't have a shopping cart at this time) Of course, we do not manage any credit card processor that we may interface with, and, once again, direct you to their privacy policy as to their handling of your information.
• any account-preference information you provide us
• your computer’s domain name and IP address, indicating
  where your computer is located on the Internet (if I could even find it myself)
• session data for your login session, so that our  computer can ‘talk’ to yours while you are logged in.

If you do provide personally identifiable information to us, either directly or through a reseller or other business partner, we will:

• not sell or rent it to a third party without your  permission — and we are an OPT-IN organization for this purpose; otherwise, we may use your contact information to provide you with information we believe you need to know or may find useful, such as (for example) news about our services and products and modifications to the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy;
• take commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction;
• not use or disclose the information except:     
  • as necessary to provide services or products you have ordered, such as (for example) by providing it to a bank, transaction agent, or carrier to deliver what you have ordered;
  • in other ways described in this privacy policy or to which you have otherwise consented;
  • in the aggregate with other information in such a way so that your identity cannot reasonably be determined (for example, statistical compilations - this is like the spreadsheets people make from customer transactions to prepare reports for lenders, investors and to develop industry partnerships);
  • as required by law, for example, in response to a subpoena or search warrant (ugly - I hope we don't have to deal with these, but if we do, it is part of our survival game plan to cooperate as legally required);
  • to outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential (the biggest liars of all, but I have no choice but to trust them);
  • to a successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other sale or disposition of all or a portion of PS’s assets. The successor organization’s use and disclosure of your personally-identifiable information will continue to be subject to this privacy policy unless (i) a court orders otherwise, for example a bankruptcy court; or (ii) the successor organization gives you notice that your personally-identifiable information will be subject to the successor organization’s own privacy policy, along with an opportunity for you to OPT-OUT (which may cause you not to be able to continue to use PS or avail yourself of our services.  If you submit personally-identifiable information after such a transfer, that information may be de facto subject to the successor entity’s privacy policy;
  • as necessary to enforce the Terms of Service;
  • as necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of PS, its users, or others; this may include (for example) exchanging information with other organizations for fraud protection and/or risk reduction.

We may collect other information that cannot be readily used to identify you, such as (for example) the domain name and IP address of your computer. We may use this information, individually or in the aggregate, for technical administration of our Web site(s); research and development; customer- and account administration; and to help us focus our marketing efforts more precisely. 

PS uses “cookies” to store personal data on your computer. We may also link information stored on your computer in cookies with personal data about specific individuals stored on our servers. If you set up your Web browser (for example, Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox) so that cookies are not allowed, you might not be able to use some or all of the features of our Web site(s). 

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted (Godaddy comes to mind).

To help protect your privacy, be sure:

• not to share your user ID or password with anyone else;
• to log off the PS Web site when you are finished;
• to take customary precautions to guard against “malware” (viruses, Trojan horses, bots, malicious spiders, inorganic worms, etc.), for example by  installing and updating suitable anti-virus software. 

PS’s operations are located currently in the United States of America. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) to the United States of America. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein, that is, in the United States of America, subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United States of America. 

You must be at least 13 years old to use PS’s Web site(s) and service(s). PS does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.  (See the [U.S.] Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.) 

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we deem necessary or appropriate because of legal compliance requirements or changes in our business practices.  If you have provided us with an email address, we will endeavor to notify you, by email to that address, of any material change to how we will use personally identifiable information.
